Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Pedaling Innovations Pedals are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.  This warranty covers any Manufacturers Defects and is only applicable to the original owner.  We take pride in our pedals and love our customers and this is one of the reasons why we offer among the best Warranty and Crash Replacement Policies in this industry.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty only cover Manufacturers Defects and DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear or product failure, cracking, breaking, damage, or loss caused by misuse, crashes, abuse, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, riding beyond your limitations, or not meeting the criteria of a Manufacturers Defect.
Any product that has been modified, re-painted, bought used, or does not have the original receipt of purchase, will not be covered under warranty...no exceptions!
In no event shall The Dude’s Pedal Shop, LLC or its affiliates be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
 

Crash Replacement Plan

Progression is bound to lead to crashes or simply pushing your bike past it's limitations. We believe in standing behind you, our pedals, and the money you have invested in your purchase.  With the Pedaling Innovations Crash Replacement Plan, any dented, bent, cracked, or damaged product that is caused due to excessive bails, improper use, crashes, hard impacts, rider abuse, or does not meet our criteria for being a Manufacturers Defect receives 50% OFF a replacement to the original owner (must have a receipt or proof of purchase).
Valid for two years from the date of purchase, the Crash Replacement Plan does NOT cover normal wear and tear!
We must receive any Warranty or Crash Replacement product prior to shipping a replacement.  To redeem a Warranty or Crash Replacement, please contact us at 970-589-6418 or at support@pedalinginnovations.com, so we can get back on your pedals as soon as possible.
