If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 60 days of purchase - even if it’s been used.

Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Product Condition: Returns are accepted even if the product has been used.
  • Packaging: While not required, we kindly ask that you return the product in its original packaging whenever possible, as this helps us process your return more efficiently.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pedalinginnovations.com. Provide your order details, and we'll guide you through the return process.

When shipping your return back to us, please include the following inside the package so we're able to properly identify and process your return:

  • Full name used on the order
  • Email address used on the order
  • Order number (if available)

Returns received without this information may be delayed or unable to be processed, as packages without identifying details are difficult for us to match to an order.

If you're willing to share why the pedals didn't work out for you, we'd love to hear it - this isn't required, but it genuinely helps us better serve other riders. Feel free to include a note in the package or send us an email.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it depends on your bank or card issuer and can vary - this is outside of our control.
