At Pedaling Innovations, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • USPS Priority Mail: Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days after the order is processed.
  • UPS: Delivery time depends on the option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.


International Orders

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, customs processing, or issues that arise during transit.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

  • We are unable to determine or collect any customs duties, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges that may be applied when your order arrives in your country.
  • Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking and Communication

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their package.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues with shipment or delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • Once the package has left the U.S., we often have limited ability to assist with delivery or customs issues.
  • In most cases, your local shipping company or postal service will be better able to assist you.

Timely Communication

  • Communicate promptly with the shipping carrier, postal service, or government agencies in their country.
  • Avoid delays, storage fees, or the return of the package by responding quickly to any requests from customs or carriers.
